Modern Mediterranean Style home



Modern Mediterranean Style homes are commonly built today with the best from both Spanish and Italian aesthetics and functionality. Symmetrical stucco or brick facades with arched doorways and windows and low pitched tile roof. Wrought iron railings are common with homes usually 2 storeys and including 2nd level balconies.

Inside the ceilings are high and patterned tile and wood are key design elements. Built to embrace the ability to enjoy indoor and outdoor living, courtyards are also a common feature.
